Yellow Dhokla
½ cup moong dal,yellow lentils(chana dal),toor dal
¼ cup
rice
1 spoon green chillies
¼ tea spoon turmeric
Salt as per taste
Pinch of soda
¼ tea spoon
mustard seeds
A pinch of asofeateda
¼ teaspoon sesam seeds
3 spoon oil
Coriander to garnish
Recipe:-
1.Wash and Soak all dals and rice overnight
2.Crush the pulses in mixture in coarse form
3.You may crush green chillies in mixture or add in
batter finely choped
4.Then add salt,turmeric in batter
5.Boil water in dhokla stand
6.Grease plates with oil
7.Add pinch of soda in batter and mix it well
8.Now fill the ¾ th greased plate with batter
9.Place in dhokla stand for 10 min.
10.Check dhokla with knife edge
11.Cut it in rectangle shapes
12.Now heat 3
spoon oil in a pan
13.Add mustard seeds to pop
14.Thenafter add sesam seeds and asofeateda
15.Spread on dhokla peaces
16.Garnish with coriander.
** It can be serve plain with oil
